Mark Watson became Chief Technology Officer of Achor Technologies, Inc., effective September 1, 2015.
Mr. Watson has over 20 years of experience in technology development, management and consulting. Widely recognized as an IT visionary, he has developed cross-platform mobile apps and enterprise solutions for clients such as American Express, IBM, Ogilvy & Mather, Philip Morris, Dell, and WaMu/Chase.
Mr. Watson has worked with many small to medium-sized companies in the catalog, direct response television (DRTV), manufacturing, and financial services industries. He also designs, engineers and manages the voice and data network operations of major corporations, utilizing the latest enterprise-ready hardware and software, and is responsible for overall supervision of global and location-specific IT issues to ensure reliable, effective operations with failover, redundancy and disaster recovery. As a data security specialist, Mr. Watson supervises annual PCI compliance planning and process management.
Mr. Watson’s extensive experience and rich technology acumen uniquely qualify him as a specialist in integrating technologies to create the right solution for his clients, and include offerings from Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, EMC, IBM, Google, and many mature open source products. He is also co-creator of the Binary Tree Migration Suite, a migration software solution licensed to IBM/Lotus and utilized by thousands of customers worldwide.
Mr. Watson received a BS Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University, New York.
